Yes, if you book prior to August 1, you will have the option of paying in payments or to set up a custom payment plan. Submit a ticket or contact us at support@concations.com for more information.
Payment plans:
Deposits: $400 per room ($600 Triple room)
Before 7/20: Deposits must be paid with registration to book room
65% due w/in 14 days
Payment in full by Aug 5
After 7/20: Deposits must be paid with registration to book room
Payment in full by Aug 5
After 8/1: Deposits must be paid with registration; but room is not booked until invoice is paid in full
Payment in full within 48 hours (reservation will be cancelled if payment not received).
If you are having trouble paying on time, please Submit a ticket or let us know at support@concations.com and we will do what we can to assist. We can't help you if you don't let us know, however; and the result may be that you forfeit your room and any payments that you have made if after August 1.
