Can I pay on a payment plan? What if I can't pay on time?

Yes, if you book prior to May 4, you will have the option of paying in payments or to set up a custom payment plan. Submit a ticket or contact us at support@concations.com for more information.

Payment plans:    

Bookings made before    Deposits must be paid with registration to book room            

5/23/2026    65% of balances is due w/in 30 days of booking            

    Payment in full is due by     6/6/2026        

Bookings made after     Deposits must be paid with registration to book room            

5/23/2026    Balance must be paid in full by    6/6/2026        

Payment Deadline    If booking after the payment deadline, your booking will not be confirmed until paid in full.

Bookings made before 5/23/2026 have the following payment options:

• 30 days pay in full: Pay your deposit now followed by one payment for the invoice balance now or within 30 days. NOTE: After 5/23/2026 , payment in full is needed to book a room).

• 60 days pay in full: Pay your deposit now and the balance in two payments over 60 days but no later than 6/6/2026. This option is not available after 4/6/2026 (invoice must be paid in full by 6/6/2026 )

Bookings after 5/23/2026 :

• Your booking will not be confirmed until paid in full.

• If you are booking after 5/23/2026, please pay your deposit and then pay your invoice in full upon receipt to book your room,

Deposits::

• $500 per room ($750 Triple room)

• Deposits must be paid to book room 

Your invoice may also have an option to select After Pay, a third-party buy now pay later option that will allow you to make payments over time, usually over 4-6 weeks interest free or longer periods if you qualfiy. To learn more, see: Accepted payment methods - How do I pay?

If you are having trouble paying on time, please Submit a ticket or let us know at support@concations.com and we will do what we can to assist. We can't help you if you don't let us know, however; and the result may be that you forfeit your room and any payments that you have made if after May 4.
