Can I book my stay for longer or shorter than the event dates? Is there a minimum stay?

You can! You can book days before or after the event subject to availability, but you need to be there for a minimum of 5 nights during the official event dates (June 1-8) per the resort's group event policy. Most attendees come for 7, 8, or 9 nights. 

It is common for people to come a day or two early or stay a day or two late, so if you come early or late you will likely see others there. There are often informal meal gatherings and play happening. 

It is always nice to come a day early to settle in before the event starts, and to stay day after to relax a bit with no schedule before traveling home.

What Dates Should I Choose?

Recommended travel dates are:

• Arrive on December 13 or 14, 2024
• Depart on December 21 or 22, 2024

The event is December 14-21, but arriving the night before is helpful! 

We are planning an early arrivals gathering or event on Friday 12/13 

The event starts on Saturday 12/14/2024 and ends on Saturday 12/21/2024; however there will be a pre-party and/or gathering on the evening of Friday 12/13.. Arrival and departure a day before and after allows for a more relaxed travel schedule and allows you to attend the full first and last day of the event.

Need to book a shorter trip?
No problem! The minimum booking is 5 nights between  Saturday 12/14 and Saturday 12/21/2024, so just pick whatever dates you want as long as you have at least five nights between 12/14 and 12/21.

Need to change Something? 
No Problem! Just fill out this simple reservation change form to make changes to your travel days, room category, roommates, add bus transfers, etc.

Most programming will occur between Saturday-Friday, however it is typical for people to come early and stay late! Feel free to book a few extra nights - you deserve it!!

For those that cannot travel for the entire week, leaving a day or two early is no problem! You can also come a day or two late if you choose. 

The resort requires a five-night minimum booking for all group reservations, so you must book five nights between December 14 and December 21 (Sorry - early and late nights do not apply to the five night minimum, unfortunately!)
