We endeavor to create a safe space for all attendees, staff, presenters, and venue employees, and we will utilize the resources and abilities we have to do so. Attendees as well as all staff, presenters, management, and organizers are required to abide by our code of conduct. The Event and Venue have a zero tolerance policy regarding consent violations, bullying, and harassment. Both the Venue and Event reserve the right to remove or ban any individual for any reason at any time.
To report an incident, including but not limited to consent violations, rules violations, harassment, boundary crossing, assault, or bullying, please report it to an staff member or avenue manager at the resort, or you may message us at support@concations.com or call or text us at 571-969-2463.
Our event staff and the Venue will utilize the resources that we have available to assist with the incident and its resolution. If you have concerns for conduct that occurred outside of a Concations event by an event attendee, staff, or presenter, you may also report it, but our ability to take action regarding the same may be limited or outside of the scope of our incident reporting procedure. Regarding any incident report, Concations resources are limited and we may not have the training and resources to fully investigate all facts to the point where any kind of factual determination, resolution, or action is possible, but we will work to find the best solution possible given the reported facts and our available resources. In the event further action or assistance may be needed beyond the resources of Concations, Concations will advise and/or assist you in seeking other resources such as venue management or security, mediation, law enforcement, or third-party organizations. Please understand that while Concations staff will do the best we can to provide a safer environment, 1) our resources, skills, and training are limited, 2) you are ultimately responsible for your own safety, and 3) Concations cannot be responsible for the actions of anyone else.
