It turns out I can't go - can I give my ticket to someone else?

In general, registrations are subject to the resort policies and non- transferable. You may be able to change your roommate, however, subject to the resort's policies and at their discretion. You may need to use the change waiver to do that if within 90 days of the event. 


That said, if you cannot go, please let us know submitting a ticket or by emailing us at support@concations.com as soon as possible so we can look at your options.
