Adding or changing roommates

You can add a roommate at any time.  

Roommate changes are often possible, but are subject to the resort's then-existing polices and are made at their discretion. After you have paid in full or within 30-60 days of the event, it may not be possible. The resort approves all change requests at its discretion and subject to its then-existing policies. We do not have control over their decisions but we will make our best effort to accommodate your requests.  

To add or change roommates, please submit the registration update/change form and Concations staff will respond quickly. If additional fees apply, you will receive an updated invoice.
