What Dates Should I Choose?

Recommended travel dates:
October 10 - 19, 2025

The event starts on Saturday October 11, 2025 and ends on Saturday October 18, 2025; however there will be a gala dinner and gathering on the evening of Friday 10/10. Arrival and departure a day before and after allows for a more relaxed travel schedule and allows you to attend the full first and last day of the event.


Need to book a shorter trip?
No problem! The minimum booking is 5 nights between October 11 and 18 2025, so just pick whatever dates you want as long as you have at least five nights between 10/11 and 10/18.  Five-night options include 10/11-16, 10/12-17, or 10/13-10/18. Six night options are 10/11-17 or 10/12-18, or may including an early or late night plus five event nights, e.g. 10/10-16 or 10/13-19.

Need to change Something? 
No Problem! Just fill out this simple reservation change form to make changes to your travel days, room category, roommates, add bus transfers, etc.

Most programming will occur between Saturday-Friday, however it is typical for people to come early and stay late! Feel free to book a few extra nights - you deserve it!!

For those that cannot travel for the entire week, leaving a day or two early is no problem! You can also come a day or two late if you choose. 

The resort requires a five-night minimum booking for all group reservations, so you must book five nights between between October 11 and 18 2025  (Sorry - early and late nights do not apply to the five night minimum, unfortunately!)
